Terms of Service :


By contacting me for work you are hereby agreeing to the terms expressed below. Failure to comply will result in blacklisting your contact and the termination of any existing commission(s).

COPYRIGHT

  • The artist retains full and exclusive rights to the work. The client retains their rights to their character(s), however, the client may not claim the work as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.

  • Commissioned work is for NONCOMMERCIAL use only. The client may not use as merchandise or for promotion of goods or services.

  • The client may repost the piece. Proper credit deeply appreciated.

  • The client may not make alterations to the image. This includes obscuring the signature, tracing, drawing over the image, or re-purposing parts of the image. The only exception being cropping for icon use.

  • All progress shots are exclusively owned by the artist. The client may not erase watermarks on progress shots, pass them off as their own, or repurpose progress shots for the client's own use.

  • The artist may post the completed commission to the Gallery or social media unless the client specifically requests otherwise.

PAYMENT

  • Only accepts USD. Payment is made through Paypal only.

  • Prices listed on the Commissions tab are estimates and not final. They are subject to fluctuation and the artist has full authority over the final price of the client's commission.

  • Prices are non-negotiable.

  • The artist only begins the commission after the client approves the final price. Rejection of the price will result in termination of the commission.

  • Payments are made in full after the client approves the initial sketch. Progress on the commission will be paused until payment is made.

  • Payment must be made within 24 hours of the initial sketch being approved.

  • Client is responsible for notifying the artist that a payment has been sent. Only after the artist recieves the payment will progress will continue to be made.

  • Rush orders comes with an additional Rush Fee determined on a case by case scenario. The artist retains full right to reject a rush order without explanation.

  • Largescale changes are subject to an additional fee. Largescale changes look like, but are not limited to, changing a character's pose after line-art stage, changing a complex background after line-art stage, and major re-colors.

REFUNDS

  • After the initial sketch has been approved by the client and a money transaction has been issued, a client will expect to receive photo updates as progress is made. If the client decides to cancel the commission before the first photo update is sent , a 100% refund will be issued.

  • The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any point without explanation.

  • If the artist cancels the commission at any point throughout the commission before completion, a 100% refund will be issued

  • Termination of a commission due to the client breaking TOS terms is considered as the client cancelling the commission and the stage appropriate refund will be issued.

  • If the client becomes unreachable past 7 days for any reason at all at any point during the process, it is considered the client cancelling the commission and a stage appropriate refund will be issued.

  • No refunds upon client cancellation near or after completion.

  • Partial refunds are a determined by the stage a commission is in. Below are refunds scaled by stage:

  • 100% Initial Sketch

  • 90% Final Sketch

  • 70% Line art

  • 50% Flat Color

  • 20% Final Color

  • 0% Near Complete

COMMUNICATION

  • Discussion of commissions can be held through email

  • Commissioners will receive frequent lowered quality and/or heavily watermarked photo updates of commissions.

  • Use of the artist's email outside of business related inquiries is prohibited.

  • Completed work is sent through EMAIL ONLY as a PNG file.

  • Client will submit a commission request through the commission request form. If submitted by any other means, client will be forwarded to the form.

  • The client's email will not be used by the artist outside of business purposes.
